HEALTHY FLOURLESS FUDGE BROWNIES

These rich, fudgy and delicious flourless fudge brownies need just three ingredients for the base and come with several healthy frosting options!

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups pumpkin puree will sub for banana or sweet potato
  • 1 cup almond butter will sub for any nut or seed butter of selection
  • 1/2 cup chocolate
  • 1/4 cup coarse sweetener of selection will sub for liquid stevia drops or syrup
For the Coconut Chocolate ice:
  • 2 cups chocolate chips
  • 1 cup canned coconut milk
For the supermolecule ice:
  • 2 scoops chocolate supermolecule powder
  • 1-2 tbsp coarse sweetener of selection
  • 1-2 tbsp nut or seed butter of selection
  • 1 tbsp milk or liquid *

For the cheese ice:

  • 125 grams cheese of selection
  • 1-2 tbsp chocolate
  • 1-2 tbsp coarse sweetener of selection
Instructions:
For the brownies:
  1. Preheat the kitchen appliance the 350 degrees, grease alittle cake or loaf pan and put aside.
  2. In a little microwave-safe bowl or stovetop, soften your paste. during a massive bowl, add the sweet potato, nut butter, and dark chocolate and blend all right.
  3. Pour the mixture into the lubricated pan and bake for around 20-25 minutes or till saute through. take away from the kitchen appliance and permit to chill utterly. Once cooled, at the ice and refrigerate for a minimum of half-hour to fix up.
